When I was a little girl, we had a lot of orange trees of
different species ranging from tangerine, mixed breed tangelo, etc. Then we
gave out oranges as gifts to people and our neighbours had the liberty of
plucking them as much as they desired. But as I grew, I disliked oranges until
recently when
I told myself the truth about the health benefits of oranges. A
lot of us usually know that fruits have
one health benefit or more, but we just wait until the doctor prescribes it due
to one deficiency in our body or the other.
